As a Senior Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the successful delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard of client satisfaction. You'll oversee day-to-day project activities while mentoring junior team members to foster growth and progression within the team. Key Responsibilities:
> Manage all phases of project delivery to ensure timely and on-budget completion.
> Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, timelines, and budgets.
> Actively identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution.
> Use Agile methodologies to maintain efficiency and adaptability throughout the project lifecycle.
> Mentor and guide junior team members, driving team cohesion and development.
> Utilise project management tools such as Azure DevOps or JIRA to track progress and facilitate collaboration.
What We're Looking For:
> Proven experience in project management, ideally within a professional services or software environment.
> Strong background in Agile methodologies and stakeholder management.
> Demonstrable experience in risk management and resolution.
> Familiarity with project management tools like Azure DevOps or JIRA (desirable).
> A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Due to the nature of the work, candidates must have lived in the UK continuously for a minimum of 5 years to pass the required security vetting. Unfortunately, we cannot sponsor visa applications for this role.
