Job Description

This is an important and strategic role within the PMO, working specifically on a Marketing Project. This project will transform the approach to campaign management and implement a leading customer engagement platform. Adobe is sunsetting Adobe Campaign v7, the business-critical B2C email marketing platform, by 2026. We will therefore be migrating to a new, modern, intuitive, multichannel CEP enabling improved customer engagement, time savings through automation, and increased opportunities to collaborate across teams. As the Project Manager for the Marketing Project, you will work with senior stakeholders to plan delivery, outcomes, requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with stakeholders across multiple geographies.


Responsibilities
  • Ensuring the project delivers its key business outcomes and holding team members to account
  • Facilitating effective communication among project teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment
  • Ensuring mechanisms are in place for the definition and tracking of all program activities including budget, risks, and benefits
  • Developing excellent working relationships with all stakeholders
  • Handling project level reporting, risk, issues, and dependency management
Essential Skills
  • Experience delivering large and complex projects and programs in a cross-functional, global matrix organisation with multiple dependencies
  • Experience in commercial/vendor management
  • Experience with technology and business change
  • Experience applying and coaching different project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, Scaled Agile)
  • Consultative and collaborative approach to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent senior stakeholder management skills
  • Experience leading complex system implementations
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience with project management, Agile, SDLC, technology change, system implementation
  • Knowledge of Adobe and Braze
