Foreman (social housing)
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Foreman for a leading social housing and property maintenance contractor based in Oxford. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering 38 hours per week, with a negotiable hourly rate depending on experience.
About the Role:
As a Foreman, you will oversee and manage various trades on site, ensuring high-quality standards and smooth operations. Your responsibilities will include supervising the completion of a variety of works, including painting, roofing, fire protection, and kitchen & bathroom refurbishments.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in reactive and void works is beneficial.
- Proven ability to manage and coordinate various trades on site.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise teams effectively.
- Excellent knowledge of health and safety regulations.
