Portfolio Manager£26,000 - £30,000 Job Summary:As a Portfolio Manager you will be responsible for the effective management of a portfolio of residential properties. You will work closely with our letting and maintenance teams to provide best-in-class service to both property owners and tenants. You are a solutions-oriented individual with strong organization and communication skills. In this role, you will play a key part in maximizing occupancy rates and revenue for the properties under your care.

Key Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of residential properties, including oversight of lettings, maintenance, and day-to-day issues - Liaise regularly with property owners to ensure their needs are met - Inspect properties and coordinate any repairs or refurbishments between maintenance cycles - Market available properties and handle new tenant allocations and onboarding - Conduct routine checks of properties and organize periodic inspections with owners - Handle payments, deposits, and ensure all tenancy contract terms are fulfilled - Provide prompt responses to tenant and owner enquiries via phone and email - Maintain accurate records and documents in our property management systems - Prepare and present reports on portfolio performance using data analysis

Required Skills and Qualifications: - 3+ years experience in a property or facilities management role - Proven track record of successful tenant relationships and resolving issues - Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail - Proficient in MS Office applications and property management software - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work cooperatively across teams and with minimal supervision - Driven to deliver high-quality service and maximize the value of investment properties
