We are currently looking for an Oxford Based Property Manager to join an Estate firm. This is covering maternity leave so will likely be on year. This position is working 8.30 - 6 and is paying £15 hour. Applicants would ideally have Property Manager experience and must have a strong Admin skill set. This position is starting in early October and is office based.

The role

- Maintaining paperless filing system - ensuring accurate and up to date

- Keeping databases up to date including CRM

- Ensuring accurate data entry and any missing data is obtained and incorrect data corrected

- Assisting with arranging team socials

- Undertake a proactive mind-set with regards to all tasks to ensure all Clients
