Job Title: HR Business Partner

JGA are partnering with a leading education trust, who are seeking an HR Business Partner to oversee HR strategy and operations for a group of 10 local schools. 

You will lead the design and delivery of the people plan, ensuring full alignment to the short, medium, and long-term business objectives.
  
Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle employee relations casework, misconduct investigations, and grievances.
  • Advise SLT on performance and HR matters.
  • Oversee absence management, reporting, and support on sickness and family leave.
  • Lead recruitment strategies, job advert creation, and interview panels.
  • Ensure safeguarding and compliance with recruitment checks and training records.
  • Manage payroll, exit arrangements, and staff census.
  • Supervise HR team and ensure smooth HR processes.
Qualifications:
  • HR expertise with experience in casework, absence management, and recruitment.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of statutory HR regulations and safeguarding procedures.
  • Worked within the Education sector.
