Job Title: Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Location: Basingstoke (3 days a week) and Daventry (2 days a week)

Salary: Up to 35,000 + Car Allowance + Mileage Cover

About Us: We are a leading construction firm specializing in industrial projects. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality results and innovative solutions. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of the quantity surveying process for industrial projects.
Prepare and review cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports.
Ensure compliance with JCT contracts and other relevant regulations.
Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality standards.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in industrial projects.
Strong knowledge of JCT contracts.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work on-site in Basingstoke 3 days a week and in the Daventry office 2 days a week.
Must reside within a 1-hour to 1-hour 10-minute drive from Daventry.
