Our client is a highly regarded multidisciplinary construction consultancy with multiple offices across the UK. We are looking to speak with a talented Chartered Quantity Surveyor eager to leverage their expertise and contribute to the growth of an organisation renowned for delivering high-profile projects.
Â
Key Responsibilities:
- Working closely with senior leadership to maintain high service standards.
- Running projects and providing accurate cost management advice to clients.
- Building and nurturing relationships with clients and the contracting supply chain.
- Managing a team of Quantity Surveyors and acting as a point of contact for supporting them.
Â
Skills & Experience:
- Cost Management/ Quantity Surveying experience at a Cost Consultancy.
- Strong understanding of EUQs and EURs used in preparing clients budgets and cost plans.
- Solid understanding of 3D digital tools like iTWO CostX.
- RICS-accredited degree in Cost Management / Quantity Surveying.
- Achieved Chartered status (MRICS).
