An established and highly regarded company based in Oxford is seeking a capable and independent Project Quantity Surveyor to join their team. The Quantity Surveying company operates across key sectors including Education, Health, Central and Local Government, and Defence, with additional opportunities in residential, industrial, and commercial projects.

Project Quantity Surveyor Role
As a Project Quantity Surveyor, you will be running projects from concept to completion, handling both pre and post contract duties with a degree of independence. You will collaborate with a team of approximately 20 professionals dedicated to delivering quality results across various sectors in the Oxford office.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing project costs and budgets
- Preparing tender documents and contract management
- Conducting cost reporting and forecasting
- Attending client meetings
- Overseeing procurement and subcontractor management
- Mitigating commercial risks
The Project Quantity Surveyor Requirements
- BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
- MRICS or actively working towards it
- Experience within a private practice/consultancy
- Strong pre and post contract knowledge
- Ability to operate independently
