This well-established construction company, which specialises in large-scale commercial and residential projects up to £50 million. Are looking to grow their skillset by adding to the team. There the business is now recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join their highly skilled team.

In this role, you will be working closely with the team on project cost estimates, managing supply chain relationships, and feasibilities, and assisting with the preparation of contracts, cash flow forecasts, and final accounts. You will be encouraged to expand your knowledge and skillset through self-development, mentorship from senior staff, and a dedicated training centre that they offer.

With that, the ideal candidate will have experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a contractor role, with an eagerness to develop their knowledge and help provide the best service to clients. You will hold a full UK driving license and have your own vehicle.
