Quantity Surveyor - Oxford

Quantity Surveyor - a leading privately-owned contractor is searching for a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to work on prestigious design and build projects across the region.

Supported by a Managing Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for a £20m 5 storey steel frame building in Oxford, consisting of 189 student accommodation apartments.

Requirements:
- Experience managing sub-contractor variations
- Experience working with a building contractor
- Experience dealing with final accounts
- Industry related qualification

Key Duties:
- Take-off to building quantities and produce schedules of works
- Formulate Subcontract Tenders
- Chair Pre-let meetings and finalising Subcontract Orders
- Procurement and managing sub-contract packages
- Dealing with variations and valuations
- Production of CVRs
