Role:
An experienced Quantity Surveyor is required to join the construction team, you will have solid project experience with a main building contracting environment and will work closely with the Senior Management Team ensuring commercial success of projects.
Ideally you will have experience of Student Accommodation projects.
Current scheme:
- Circa 200Nr Purpose Built Student Accommodation Unitsin Oxford
- Contract Value Circa 20m
- Programme assumed to be 2 years starting Jan 2025
- 5 Storey Steel Frame Construction with Brick Slip Faade
This is a permanent role for a Quantity Surveyor looking to expand their career with continued project pipeline in the Midlands and South East after completion.
You should be Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management and ideally be RICS qualified.
This is a permanent role with excellent career progression. Salary isto 75,000pa + car allowance + excellent package.
