As Quantity Surveyor, you will be site-based on either pharmaceutical or commercial projects valued at around 20m - 50m. You will be joining a successful Main Contractor with over 50 years of experience in the industry. Key Responsibilities of Assistant Quantity Surveyor:
- Looking after subcontractor payments and managing the full downstream process
- Support the preparation of tenders and bid
- Liaising with customers and third parties on all commercial matter
- Negotiating contracts and writing reports detailing costs resulting in your ability to give advice to the team
Key Requirements of Quantity Surveyor:
- Live within commutable distance from Oxford
- Minimum 4 years of experience at a Main Contractor working on projects valued 20m +
- Strong problem-solving skills and creative thinking
