As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the commercial performance of our projects. Your role will include:

Preparing and managing project budgets and costs
Conducting risk assessments and managing project risks
Liaising with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Providing expert advice on procurement and contract management
Managing multiple projects up to the value of c. 20m
