- Assisting clients in buying and selling properties
- Conducting property viewings and providing excellent customer service
- Building relationships with potential buyers and vendors
- Developing and maintaining a strong knowledge of the local property market
- Negotiating offers and guiding clients through the sales process
- Ensuring all sales paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently
- Supporting the team in achieving sales targets and company goals
- Maintaining and updating property listings
- Previous experience in sales (property experience is a plus, but not essential)
- A passionate, target-driven attitude
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A professional and personable approach with clients
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle is preferred
