A customer-facing role both in branch and out of branch, a clean full UK driving licence is required.

Prior knowledge from the property industry is a must ideally 12 months or more, interested in finding someone with the right personal attributes to bring energy, drive and enthusiasm to our team. You will be required to:

  • Perform viewings
  • Negotiate deals

  • Maximise the opportunity for viewings, lets and market appraisals
  • Work within the confines of the Housing Act and lettings legislation
  • Offer a fantastic level of customer service to both landlords, tenants and applicants
  • Basic skills in Excel
  • Organisation and diary management
