Holiday: 20 days plus Bank HolidaysFull UK Driving License (required)Hours of work:08.45am to 17.30pm Monday to Thursday; 08.45am to 17.00pm Friday09.30am to 17.00pm Alternate SaturdaysOur client is looking for a highly motivated experienced Lettings Negotiator to work for our client busy and vibrant work environment based in Oxford City Centre for a full-time position.The successful candidate will have the offering further training to qualify as ARLA and chance to grow your career. A customer-facing role both in branch and out of branch, a clean full UK driving licence is required.
Prior knowledge from the property industry is a must ideally 12 months or more, interested in finding someone with the right personal attributes to bring energy, drive and enthusiasm to our team. You will be required to:
- Perform viewings
- Negotiate deals
- Meet pre-agreed targets
- Effectively handle enquiries
- Demonstrate high standards of professionalism
- Maximise the opportunity for viewings, lets and market appraisals
- Work within the confines of the Housing Act and lettings legislation
- Offer a fantastic level of customer service to both landlords, tenants and applicants
- Basic skills in Excel
- Organisation and diary management
