This upmarket and award-winning firm of estate agents and chartered surveyors is looking to recruit an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their thriving team in Cambridge.

To be considered you will have previous experience within residential lettings and possess excellent communication and customer service skills. The role will include networking for new instructions and contributing to managing the company's existing client base to obtain instructions.
Personal specification:
• Minimum 2 years’ proven lettings negotiation experience would be preferred• Knowledge of the local areas residential lettings market• ARLA qualified• Numerate• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Strong negotiation skills• Strong administrative and organisational skills• Strong MS Office skills. Experience using Winman would be advantageous• A strong team player with good interpersonal skills• A desire to broaden knowledge and experience• Full UK driving licence.
The salary package for this role will include a basic plus on target earnings in the region of ÂŁ35,000. You will also be provided with a car allowance.
