SF Recruitment are working with a business based in Oxford (OX5) who are looking for an Events and Commercial Administrator to join the team
Office based
£25,000 - £30,000 DOE
Role:
To assist with the planning and organisation of various company events as well as taking responsibility of the administration a support required to enable the effective running of the Oxfordshire Office.
Tasks:
Assist with the organisation of client entertainment, internal company & charity events/collaborations - including planning, booking and arranging accommodation & travel
Organising company meetings and preparing the relevant document
Control all office stock and ensure that sufficient resources are available including stationary and kitchen supplies.
Assist the commercial team with relevant administration duties such as printing/preparing drawings
General facilities management of the office, ensuring the space is kept clean and tidy and liaising with estate management for cleaning and maintenance needs
Any other ad hoc duties
Skills/competencies:
Full UK driving license
Strong organisation skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience Required:
Administration experience in a fast-paced environment or events background
