We are proud to be working with a fantastic charity in Oxford, to recruit a Handy Person to join their Property & Maintenance team.
Reporting to the Property Manager, you will be assisting with any planned or emergency maintenance requests from a collection of properties in Oxfordshire. A company van and tools will be provided.
Key responsibilities:
- Perform basic plumbing, electrical or carpentry maintenance in properties
- Respond quickly to any planned or reactive maintenance requests
- Conduct inspections of properties and refer any major works to the Property Manager to organise contractors
- Provide grounds maintenance support, including gardening and landscaping
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance
- Ensure health & safety regulations are adhered to at all times
Experience required:
- Experience in general maintenance or plumbing/ electrical/ carpentry experience
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude with tenants
- UK driving license (manual)
