You will be responsible for a portfolio of managed properties. Tasks include both proactive and reactive maintenance, property inspections, organisation of safety certificates, relationship building with tenants and landlords, and much more.

Personal specification:
• Experience within residential property management• Ability to work closely with a team to ensure that you provide excellent customer service• Strong organisational skills• Attention to detail• IT literate• A desire to learn and grow within the company• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment• A full UK driving licence for inspections.
The salary on offer will be in the region of £25,000 to £35,000 dependent on previous experience.
