This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate who is experienced in Residential Property Management; organised, methodical and industrious with an ability to prioritise.
Our client is seeking a Property Manager for a position at their established independent Estate & Lettings Agency and in their Property Management office in the Oxford area.
If you are looking for a new position with a well-known local brand that has an excellent reputation and strong local presence, then this could be for you.
You will need have a great track record in Residential Property Management.
You will be articulate, well-spoken, a real people person; be able to build and maintain relationships with Landlords and Tenants; show empathy and understanding and you must be able to problem solve effectively whilst staying calm under pressure.Â

Skills required for this Property Manager (Estate Agency) role will include:
- Experienced in Property Management
- Understanding of current lettings legislation
- Highly organised and able to prioritise workload
- Problem solve effectively
- High level of customer service skills
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a pressurised environment
- Knowledge of the local Henley on Thames area helpful
- Full Driving License
