Our client is a leading property expert located in the Oxford area, and they now seek a Sales professional to join their team in an In-House/Office based Sales role The ideal candidate will be driven, results focused, have experience or a genuine interest in property sales, and will be someone who delivers exceptional customer-care at all times. The main focus of the role is to liaise with clients regarding the Lettings and/or Sales of their property, so it is essential that you are highly customer-centric, possess excellent communication skills, and have a natural ability to build long-term business relationshipsKey skills and responsibilities are as follows:

  • Achieve all sales targets
  • Liaise on a day to day basis with customers to delivering solutions to customer enquiries
  • Book viewings using IT system, and complete customer records and update records in IT system
  • Encourage second viewings; offers etc where appropriate
  • Adhering to legislation progress offers to sale and completion
  • Generate new business by booking valuation appointments
  • Maintain an excellent standard of company records
  • Administer all responsibilities in the most cost effective way and always operate within approved budgets and Company Policies
  • To communicate the Company vision and values where appropriate to all customers and third parties.
