We are currently seeking candidates for a temporary Estate Manager, to work at a luxury residential building based in Oxford.

Duties:

  • To support Property manager with operational aspects of the development.
  • To deliver exceptional customer service and help to promote a service orientated culture amongst the staff and contracted service providers linked to continuous improvement.
  • To ensure the development is maintained to the standard commensurate with the clients portfolio status and value.
  • To support the development of activities, to enhance the lifestyle of residents based around the communal facilities.
  • Ensure all functions within the development are operating efficiently and effectively. Conduct frequent checks of the relevant areas.
  • Take responsibility when necessary for any onsite systems in place.
  • Responsible for implementing the company's health & safety policies ensuring that external contractors comply with the policies and procedures. Take responsibility for managing health & safety on a day to day basis, ensuring a safe environment for residents.
  • Ensure all paperwork in relation to accident, first aid and incident reporting is completed correctly and pass all of the relevant paperwork to the PM. Escalating Accident, Incident and Near Miss reports to Facilities Project Manager

Requirements:

  • Worked in a Customer Services position.
  • Previously worked in a Residential or Accommodation environment.
  • Excellent people management and team working skills.
  • Good delegation skills.
  • Able to deliver clear and concise information both verbally and written
  • Attention to detail, time management and working under pressure.
  • Ability to take ownership of designated areas of responsibility.
