Administrative Assistant / Receptionist - Full Time

Salary: Starting from £21,931Location: Oxford

We are currently recruiting for a full-time Administrative Assistant / Receptionist to provide essential administrative and reception support at a training centre based in Oxford. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and is ideal for individuals with strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • General Administration: Support the team with various administrative tasks as required.
  • Phone and Email Management: Answer and direct incoming calls and handle email inquiries efficiently.
  • Visitor Reception: Greet and assist visitors, ensuring they receive a warm and professional welcome.
  • Maintain Centre Security: Help ensure a safe and compliant environment by adhering to relevant policies and procedures.
  • Mail Handling: Manage incoming and outgoing post.
  • Room Bookings: Assist with booking meeting rooms, workshops, and classrooms.
  • Diary and Stock Management: Help maintain centre diaries and ensure stock levels, including stationery, are managed effectively.
  • Centre Opening/Closing: Occasionally assist in opening and closing the facility as needed.
  • Additional Tasks: Perform other duties as requested by the management.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
