We are seeking a Receptionist to ensure efficient centre operations, drive commercial sales, maintain health and safety standards, and create a community within the centre.
Responsibilities and Candidate Experience Requirements:
- Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and visitors within the business centre.
- Manage inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Address and resolve issues related to facilities, amenities, and services.
- Work closely with Sales and Operations teams.
