Your roles and responsibilities include:
. Welcoming guests, dealing with general enquiries and post
. Ensuring stationary is replenished and complete orders if necessary
. Booking meeting rooms and arranging lunches and refreshments
The ideal candidate will have:
. Excellent communication skills
. Previous experience as a Receptionist/Administrator
. Good IT skills
. Proactive, organised and professional manner
