My client, who are based near Oxford, are looking to recruit a Receptionist to join their growing, friendly team.

They are within the legal industry, being one of the leading organisations of their kind, who aim to give their customer's the best service possible.

Description

Key responsibilities of the Receptionist include:

  • Providing a warm and welcoming greeting for all clients and office visitors upon arrival
  • Promptly answer and record any phone or reception enquiries
  • Look after clients waiting in reception, showing them to the correct rooms and offering refreshments
  • Be responsible for all documents and post for the office
  • Ensure every item and visitor has been logged
  • Provide support for events if required
  • Work with discretion with clients on the phone and face to face
  • Produce documents, letters and emails as required for departments
  • Copying files, scanning and emailing documents
  • Data input to the CRM System as required
  • Any other administrative tasks, such as web enquiries, faxes, general email enquiries

Profile

The successful Receptionist will have:

  • Experience working within a Receptionist/Admin/Office role previously
  • Experience working within the professional services industry - not essential, but highly desirable
  • Customer service focused
  • Excellent organisation capability with the ability to effectively prioritise
  • Be willing to learn new skills
  • Have a friendly, enthusiastic, and team player attitude
