Duties of an Associate Recruiter include:

• Managing and maintaining candidate relationships through the fulfilment of needs and expectations
• Sourcing skilled individuals with the correct qualifications and experience
• Managing candidate administration, including time sheets and right-to-work documentation
• Using job boards to conduct CV searches and post job adverts
• Providing top-tier service to ensure repeat business and recommendations
