This is an exciting time to join our client as we have brought our transactional resourcing function back in-house and implemented a new Recruitment Applicant Tracking System (ATS). As part of our client's People and Culture strategy, we are striving to be an inclusive employer of choice and are seeking individuals who are enthusiastic about contributing to our success.Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support the end-to-end recruitment administration process, including DBS, right-to-work checks, references, and medical clearance.
  • Initiate offer letters and contracts in line with terms and conditions of employment.
  • Maintain accurate data entry and ensure compliance with audit requirements (e.g., DBS, IR35, GDPR).
  • Provide administrative support, produce documents, and respond to first-line resourcing queries through an effective help desk.
  • Assist managers with using standard documents and processes.
  • Maintain confidentiality in line with GDPR regulations.
  • Propose and implement process improvements.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

  • Understanding of recruitment processes and candidate onboarding.
  • Experience in a recruitment environment.
  • GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade C or above) or equivalent.
  • Experience with administrative and data entry tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and travel to the central Oxford office once a week.
