Your key Responsibilities:

  • Full 360 Recruitment Process: From business development and client acquisition to job briefings, candidate sourcing, interviews, offer negotiations, and deal closures.

  • Business Development: Focus on winning new clients and expanding your network.

  • Candidate Placement: Source and place candidates in a variety of sales roles within the manufacturing and engineering industry.

  • Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, offering exceptional service and advice. Network and build relationships with clients to drive sales. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure branch success and maximise cross-selling opportunities.
