Due to expansion the team is looking for a proactive and organised Talent Acquisition Administrator to join their team.

Talent Acquisition Administrator - About The Role

As a Talent Acquisition Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the company’s recruitment efforts by assisting with the recruitment process, coordinating candidate communications, and ensuring an efficient hiring process for all teams. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to help attract and onboard the best talent for this growing business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, reviewing applications, and arranging interviews.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the recruitment system.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and liaise with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Support the creation and updating of recruitment materials and job descriptions.
  • Communicate with candidates to keep them informed throughout the hiring process.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including arranging documentation and preparing necessary paperwork.
  • Conduct reference checks and assist with any pre-employment screening activities.
  • Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team and contribute to ongoing recruitment projects.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating recruitment and HR databases.
  • Help prepare reports and recruitment analytics as required.
  • Support the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and strategies.

The successful Talent Acquisition Administrator will have/be:

  • A degree in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Business, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous administrative experience in HR, recruitment, or a similar function is highly desirable.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and internal teams.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of recruitment processes, candidate sourcing, and onboarding is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Right to work in the UK is required.
