We have registered an urgent temporary opportunity for an expert and professional Administrator.
The role necessitates a strong background in superb clerical support, coupled with a professional and focussed approach.
Starting immediately, the role will be ingoing indefinitely. You will be working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday 8.30 -5.30 with a 1 hour unpaid lunch break.
This is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis. This role will start quickly, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered.
Temporary Team Administrator Responsibilities
- Assisting and supporting with any administrative tasks
- Handling emails and other forms of communication
- Booking taxis and transport
- Liaising with the travel agent
- Ensuring meeting rooms are clean and tidy
- Escorting visitors to meeting rooms and offering refreshments
- Booking lunches for meetings

- Proven work experience as an administrator
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power-point and Outlook
- Good verbal communication skills
- Excellent written English with strong attention to detail
- Positive, “can do” approach
- Experience gained in a fast moving, commercial setting
