What You’ll Be Doing:
- Overseeing the full front-of-house operation in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
- Leading and motivating a team to deliver next-level service and energy every single shift
- Being the face of the venue—approachable, hands-on, and always guest-focused
- Working closely with the GM and kitchen team to keep everything running smoothly
- Supporting with recruitment, rotas, training, team development and service standards
- Managing floor operations, handling customer feedback, and keeping the vibes strong
- Have previous experience managing a busy restaurant, QSR, or premium casual dining venue
- Are a confident leader with a people-first approach and a hands-on style
- Thrive in high-energy environments and love leading from the front
- Are obsessed with customer experience and building community through food
- Know your way around shift planning, team training and operational standards

- Up to £40,000 OTE
