As we expand, we are looking for a talented Compressors Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development, testing, and improvement of advanced compressor systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and optimize compressor systems for various industrial applications.
  • Perform mechanical and thermodynamic analysis to improve compressor performance and energy efficiency.
  • Conduct failure analysis and troubleshooting on rotary, centrifugal, and reciprocating compressors.
  • Oversee the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of compressor equipment at client sites as needed.
  • Collaborate with the R&D team on new product development and innovation.
  • Work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality materials and components.
  • Prepare and deliver technical reports, documentation, and specifications for internal teams and clients.
  • Ensure that all work complies with industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISO, API standards).
  • Provide technical support and training to customers and field service teams.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product performance and operational efficiency.

Required Skills and Experience:.

  • 3+ years of experience in compressor design, testing, or maintenance (industrial or commercial).
  • Solid understanding of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and mechanical systems.
  • Experience with rotary, reciprocating, or centrifugal compressors is highly desirable.
  • Hands-on experience with engineering software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or ANSYS).
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with ISO standards, safety regulations, and maintenance practices.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites across the UK or internationally.
