We are working with a successfully and globally-expanding business in Oxford, to recruit an Account Manager to join the ESG team.

We are seeking an individual with demonstrable experience in B2B customer relationship management or account management. A strong understanding or interest in ESG or sustainability sector is key in order to thrive in this role.

Key responsibilities:

Create strong relationships with customers to advise on ESG products

Develop a strong understanding of ESG products and effectively communicate this to customers

Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding of ESG products

Engage in networking events and conferences to stay updated with industry trends and developments

Report and analyse ESG data, using Excel spreadsheets

Conduct internal and external training sessions and report ESG trends and industry best practice

You will become an integral part of the team, collaborating closely with customers who may benefit from our client's ESG services.
