Business Development Manager / Sales Manager / Sales Engineer to join a leading global packaging company.

The Business Development Manager / Sales Manager / Sales Engineer will be responsible for new business development to cover across the South of the UK (Coventry and below) for the packaging and packaging logistics side of the business.

The successful Business Development Manager / Sales Manager / Sales Engineer will have a background selling packaging and packaging logistics e.g. paper padding, air cushions, foam packaging, and loose fill. You must be based below Coventry and willing to cover the South of the UK.

Responsibilities include:
  • Identifying new business opportunities, prospecting, and developing strategic plans to capitalise on them.
  • Selling protective packaging, e.g. paper padding, air cushions, foam packaging, and loose fill.
  • 30% Account management 70% new Business
  • Leading the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and exceed performance goals.
  • Conducting market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and deliver exceptional value to customers.
  • Weekly reports completion on customer visits, pipeline, sales projections etc
  • A small portfolio of customers to look after where you will visit them on a regular basis to truly understand their needs/requirements.
  • Covering the South of the UK (Below Coventry)
Requirements Include:
  • Experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, Technical Sales Manager, Area Sales Manager, Sales Engineer, Regional Sales Manager, or similar.
  • Experience Selling protective packaging, e.g. paper padding, air cushions, foam packaging, and loose fill or similar packaging logistics.
  • Based in the South of the UK
  • Full UK driving license.
