Duties include:

  • Conduct research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity. Use insights to develop business strategies and marketing campaigns
  • Build strong relationships with customers, industry partners, and influencers to generate leads and drive revenue
  • Create and present tailored proposals to potential clients, highlighting the value of Nimbus products and services
  • Lead contract negotiations to secure favourable terms, ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction
  • Implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets, track performance, and report to senior management
  • Work with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and contribute to product development and continuous improvement
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices

Who are we looking for:

  • 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in the fire industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Experience in prospecting, negotiations, and closing sales
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities
