- Process and reconcile credit card expenses
- Assist with: balance sheet accounts reconciliation, prepayments and accruals, lease commitments
- Assist with Quarterly VAT return
- Monitoring of Finance and Finance support mailboxes
- Transaction Processing - Bank
- Upload bank transactions onto the finance system
- Reconcile bank accounts daily within the finance system
- Assist in updating the cash flow statement
- Sales Ledger
- Assist the routine credit control
- Purchase Ledger
- Set up supplier accounts
- Raise purchase orders
What you'll need to succeed
- You will be available to start from the 4th November

- Flexible working options available; hybrid working
- Part Time hours 2.5 days per week
- £25,000 annual salary FTE
- Temp contract until March 2025
