Maths Teacher -Oxfordshire

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Maths Teacher to deliver engaging and effective mathematics instruction to students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that meet curriculum standards.
• Utilise a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support academic growth.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to support student success.
• Participate in departmental meetings, professional development, and school events.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field
• Valid teaching certification
• Strong knowledge of mathematics curriculum and instructional best practices.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
• Proficiency in using technology to enhance learning.

Pay to scale

Full Time Monday-Friday
