Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
- Previous teaching experience in a secondary school setting, ideally with experience across multiple key stages.
- Strong classroom management skills with the ability to engage and motivate students.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with students, staff, and parents.
