The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and caring Early Years Teaching Assistant (TA) to join our Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves working with young children and wants to be part of a school that truly cares about its pupils and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging and creative learning experiences
  • Helping to create a nurturing and stimulating environment for children aged 3-5
  • Encouraging children's social, emotional, and academic development
  • Assisting with activities that promote early literacy, numeracy, and personal development
  • Working closely with colleagues and parents to support each child's individual needs
What We're Looking For
  • A caring, patient, and enthusiastic individual with a passion for Early Years education
  • Previous experience in an Early Years setting is desirable but not essential
  • A team player who enjoys working collaboratively in a friendly and dynamic environment
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the role
  • A relevant Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years education (or willingness to work towards one)
