City Site Solutions arelooking for a dedicated and reliable Traffic Marshall/Gateman to starton a long-term basis for a major project in central Oxford, Oxfordshire.

As a key member of thesite team, you will ensure the safety of all site traffic and the efficient movement of vehicles in and around the site.

Responsibilities include:

• Direct and control traffic flow around the site to ensure safety for pedestrians and vehicles.
• Manage the main site gate, maintaining security and logging all entries and exits.
• Ensure that all deliveries and visitors are signed in and directed to the appropriate area.
• Communicate clearly with drivers and site operatives to minimize congestion and ensure safe access.
• Conduct safety checks and maintain clear signage in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Provide support to site management with other tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Traffic Marshall training and certification is required
• Previous experience in a similar role is an essential
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to maintaining safety standards.
