About the Role
Haigh Group is establishing a new, cutting-edge R&D facility in Oxfordshire, dedicated to driving product innovation and accelerating our development cycle. We're seeking a talented and experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to be a founding member of our compact, high-performing and innovation-focused R&D team. About You
You're a passionate and driven Mechanical Engineer with a solid academic foundation and a genuine eagerness to apply knowledge to real-world challenges. You’re a fast learner, adaptable, and excited to collaborate in a dynamic, hands-on environment. You're eager to contribute to a company with a mission to make a positive impact on healthcare and water quality worldwide.
Your Skills and Experience
- Solid academic background in mechanical engineering, and potentially some work experience with a focus on fluidics, vibration, statics, and dynamics.
- 0-2 years of experience (recent graduates are welcome to apply, bonus is work experience n consultancy or startups)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated ability to think critically and innovatively.
- Adaptability and willingness to take on diverse tasks, including administrative and research support.
