As a Deputy Store Manager, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining this atmosphere and driving their success. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the Team: Support the Store Manager in supervising and inspiring a diverse team of associates. Foster a culture of collaboration, respect, and enthusiasm.
  • Delivering Excellent Customer Service: Ensure that every customer leaves with a smile and a memorable shopping experience.
  • Sales & Inventory Management: Assist in achieving sales targets and managing stock levels effectively. Keep a keen eye on inventory to minimise shrinkage.
  • Training & Development: Help onboard new team members and provide ongoing training to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Operational Excellence: Support daily store operations, including merchandising, maintaining store standards, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Further details:* 40 hours a week Monday-Sunday on a rota basis- (1 full-weekend worked, 1 full-weekend off, 1 Saturday, 1 Sunday)* Salary: £29,209 per annum, with a chance to earn a monthly bonus if your store achieves the target!
