Store Manager - Oxford
Our client are an aspirational Retail Brand selling high quality products in a showroom environment. They are looking to recruit a Flagship Store Manager for their Oxford Showroom and this presents itself as an exceptional opportunity for the right person to take a role that does not come up very often.
The Role
- You will be responsible for the day to day running of a Showroom environment with a small but dedicated team.
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience in a sector that literally requires theatre is key to the role.
- Passionate about Store standards, you will ensure the showroom is looking exceptional at all times, in a sector where these things really matter.
- Training, developing and ups killing your team of Sales consultants to achieve both commercial KPI's and market leading customer experience.
- You will also be heavily involved in speaking with and selling to customers and ensuring both your personal targets and the Stores targets are met.
The Person
- An experienced Retail Manager, with experience of Retail sectors where interactive selling and high levels of customer interaction is important.
- We would also however invite applications from Retail Managers who have a passion for sales and technology but whom perhaps have not yet worked in a similar sector but would love to.
- You must be confident and passionate about what you do.
- Customer obsessed, track record of going over and above to deliver an exceptional customer journey.
- Highly organised and have strong experience of managing teams in a performance lead environment.
