Role: Service EngineerLocation: M40 Corridor / M1Sector: Automation MachinerySalary: £35,000 - £40,000Owen Daniels Recruitment has engaged with a key client and an established Manufacturing company providing a wide range of services to the Recycling industry, and high-profile clients. Due to team & project growth an opportunity has arisen for a Service Engineer to join on a permanent basis.Key Responsibilities:

Ability to install, commission and repair all products within the product range, including sorting systems, baling presses, shredders and conditioners.
Mechanical, Hydraulic and Electrical work required and be able to assist with PLC support within the electrical department.
Manufacture of control systems at the workshop followed by installation and commissioning of these.
If no site work required, you will be required to work within the Workshop.
Overtime is expected (but is paid at a premium).

Key Skills & Qualifications:

NVQ Level 3 or higher in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
Experience with Mechanical / Hydraulics.
Strong technical, problem solving and communications skills.
Knowledge of PLCs (Mitsubishi, Siemens, and Fanuc).
Knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and best practices.
