Job responsibilities

We have a great opportunity in our operational support team for someone to provide support in our work undertaking planned and responsive work within Property Services .

Being a reactive role, this position requires somebody with excellent organisation skills, a good eye for detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, often pressurised environment. You will ideally have prior a commitment to delivering excellent customer service at all times in a professional, courteous manner. To achieve this, you will possess the following:

  • Excellent communication skills able to liaise effectively at all levels and build up good working relationship with customers
  • A genuine interest in helping customers at all level
  • Good observation skills, with attention to detail, calm and professional approach
  • Ability to work equally well alone using initiative or effectively as part of a team
  • Ability to work to tight timelines with good decision-making skills
  • IT Literate - good knowledge of Microsoft applications
