We value dedication, empathy, and the ability to build trusting relationships with our students.

  • Behaviour Management: Implement and monitor behaviour support plans, using positive reinforcement and de-escalation techniques to manage challenging behaviours.
  • Emotional Support: Provide emotional and social support to students, helping them develop resilience and coping strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create and maintain a supportive and consistent environment for the students.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of student progress, incidents, and any other relevant information.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Empathy and Patience: A genuine interest in supporting children with complex needs and the ability to remain calm and patient in challenging situations.
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
