We're supporting a learning disabilities leading care provider, looking for a Registered Manager in the Oxford area to oversee a home for Positive Behaviour Support home for clients who have behaviour that can challenge.
This position would initially be for a 6-month period with a view to lead into a permanent role.
We are looking for someone who has good experience and a proven track record with CQC and had been a registered home manager in the past.
Applicants must have experience of supporting people with complex learning disabilities and must be a driver with access to a car and be prepared to travel as needed for training and meetings. You will also need knowledge of CQC regulations and hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care OR have the ability to achieve this.
