Salary: 35,745 - 46,464 + Recruitment Bonus

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Social Worker to join our Children We Care For team. You will play a crucial role in supporting children and young people who are living away from their family homes, helping them achieve permanence through adoption, special guardianships, and long-term fostering. You will also support care plans and prepare young people for adulthood.
In this role, you will:
- Focus on positive outcomes for children and families using a relational, strengths-based approach
- Engage and support families to make necessary changes through motivational interviewing
- Hold a manageable caseload of no more than 18 children, ensuring you have the time and resources to offer meaningful support
- Receive individual supervision and ongoing professional development to ensure your wellbeing and career growth
- Have opportunities for continuous learning through training, webinars, and practice learning events
